Part Time Manager - Kountze

We are looking for a person with an optimistic attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and great work ethic to manage our facility in Kountze, TX

NO STORAGE EXPERIENCE, NO PROBLEM!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and be willing to go the extra mile for all customers
  • Focus on increasing occupancy and merchandise sales
  • Opening & Closing Procedures
  • Ability and/or knowledge to use power tools, cut locks, clean units, etc.
  • Assist Regional Manager in creating budgets and other required reports
  • Perform light property maintenance and partner with vendors, as approved or necessary
  • Provide coverage to other properties as necessary
  • Keep the facility up to the highest of cleanliness standards (i.e., cleaning high touch areas, cleaning units, sweeping, picking up trash around the property, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail, property management, storage or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Preferred experience in retail sales/customer service or property management but not required
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and initiative
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with a POS (Point of Sale) system
  • Willingness to float between properties as needed, to support multiple locations within a district
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, up-to-date auto insurance, and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
  • Must be willing to complete employment application, submit to a background check, and drug screening.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 35lbs
Full Time Manager - Split Between Temple & Belton
